Wooden mantelpiece (and potentially gas fire and surround) (Hurstpierpoint BN6)
Large wooden fireplace. 143cm (56.5”) wide, 118cm (46.5”) high, 22cm (8.5”) deep. Good condition apart from a patch where got a slight candle burn - see pics (could probably be sanded off). Heavy and would need a van and preferably two pairs of hands to manoeuvre. Attaches to wall with metal brackets (which you can also have). We also have a gas fire and black marble surround and base that we’ll be getting rid of but those are yet to be dismantled. Happy to send more pics/info about those if anyone is interested. Freestanding teak(?) shelf unit - mid century style, by Remploy. 91cm (3’) wide, 91cm (3’) tall, about 26cm (10” ish) deep at deepest. Shelves get deeper as you go down (top=17cm, next down 21, then 24 and bottom shelf 26cm deep). Bit battered - has candle burn on top shelf and veneer chipped at bottom but nice shape and useful. 3 lengths of heavy tweed wool (I think!) suiting fabric. Brown/orange/tan check is 142cm (56”) wide x 284cm (112”) long. Darker brown finer weave brown & blue check is 148cm wide x 324cm long, and paler beige/blue/brown check is 124cm wide x 282cm long. Completely unused but musty smelling as have been stored in garage so will need a wash! Collection from Hurstpierpoint.

Tall shelf unit with doors at bottom (can be left off.) 203cm tall, 80cm wide and 28cm deep (or 30 with doors). All shelves moveable apart from the one in the middle. No longer needed. We got it from another freegler and they had kept it in their garage so it smells a bit musty in the corners but works fine. Collection from Hurstpierpoint.

We've had them for 5 years and bought them second hand so they have quite a few marks and scratches but they’re still sturdy with all the parts there. Both with integrated desk, drawers, wardrobe and shelves. One with pink drawers/wardrobe doors and one with orange wardrobe drawers plus orange/wire basket drawers. Can be assembled with desk in line with bed or at right angles. Currently mostly dismantled in our storage unit (burgess hill) with the wardrobes in our house in Hurstpierpoint. We don’t have the assembly instructions but you can find this easily online. Would be great to Freegle both at once but otherwise happy for them to go separately. Collection only from Hurstpierpoint/burgess hill. I have tons of photos so can send more if you’re interested.

Tall wood display cabinet made by “Meredew”. large cupboard area at bottom (has doors but we never attached them) and upper part with glass shelves & sliding glass doors. There’s a light behind the middle shelf but we’ve never used it (flex is cut off at the back of the unit but it could probably be reconnected). There are holes for a third shelf but we’ve only ever had two. Height 171.5cm, width 80cm, depth of lower section 43cm, depth of upper section 28cm, height of lower cupboard 55cm (fits records), height of area between bottom and top section (where record player is in photo): 24cm. Well used but fits lots of stuff! Top can be detached from bottom for transport. Collection from Hurstpierpoint.

Folding gateleg wooden table, 115 x 80cm surface, 74cm high. Black veneer table top and pale wooden legs. In fair condition though just noticed that the veneer is a bit raised at the middle of the table. There’s also an ink stain on the inside edge of one of the table leaves but you don’t really notice this when it’s up (see photos for both). It’s quite heavy. Used as a desk for years.
