Rose colored retro diner looking chair. Has a small tear in seam but otherwise is in good condition. No mold or stains. Sturdy chair. I would take it to the next location but I don’t have the space for anything extra. Have to pick it up today. It will be left on the lawn.

Gently Used Queen Mattress. Just the mattress not the box. 4 Years old. Belonged to spare room. In Lakewood. Must be picked up by Wednesday. Otherwise it will go to the Furniture Bank. I will post pictures in a little bit as soon as I take them.

MATTRESS & BOX. Only a year old, barely used. Part of guest room with very few guests. Still a virgin bed. Never been peed on (No kids). No stains. No bodily fluids. No bed bugs. My storage doesn't have enough space to keep unfortunately. And it is too good to throw away. Must come pick it up today 9/21, 9/28, 9/29.
