Vanity and utility sink (Near King St metro in Old Town)
Vanity (33x15x40) recently removed from wall in renovated bathroom, still in good shape but in need of cleaning up along the edges. Utility sink (24x25x36) needs a new door but also in serviceable shape with a bit of attention paid to it. White latex paint easily removed from sink. The bones are definitely there in both pieces.

Dove Gray Sectional Sofa w/ chaise (Near King St metro in Old Town)

Bought from World Market about 5 years ago. Used but still in good condition (minus a few buttons). Could probably use a shampoo cleaning; I don’t have tool otherwise I would’ve done it. If you want it, **please be prepared to haul it away (bring at least two people AND a truck)**. It’s about 98”x82”. As shown in my pictures, it’s not connected properly. See original advertisement for proper alignment. Thanks!

30” wide Whirlpool oven / range (Near King St metro in Old Town)

Used but in good shape otherwise. Still very much functional with no known defects or issues. I simply replaced it with a newer model as part of a kitchen upgrade. Must pick up. It’s currently in a back room and will need to be moved down some stairs to the back patio, where it can be picked up from the alley.

It’s this! $110 retail on Amazon: Dual Chamber Compost Tumbler – Easy-Turn, Fast-Working System – All-Season, Heavy-Duty, High Volume Composter with 2 Sliding Doors - (2 – 18.5gallon /70 Liter) Only catch is that it’s currently full of composting goods, and frankly it’s a little smelly for our outdoor enjoyment. Please come and take it off our hands. Recommend you have 2 people to carry it, gloves, and a truck bed. Doubt you want it in your car. See pics. I’m going to put it in the alley behind my home. I’ll notify the app when it’s taken. But you can find it here (behind 209 Commonwealth Ave., Alexandria VA 22301), as shown in the picture.
