Free: MDF sheets (Emscote Mill CV34) Lots of MDF available after dismantling some built in shelves. Approx 15 sheets 85x38cm, and 20 small sheets 45x38cm - sizes vary slightly. They aren’t pristine- all have drill holes in the corners and are painted on one side, but there’s a lot of useable material there if it’s any use to anyone for craft or DIY projects?

Free: LittleLife travel cot (Emscote Mill CV34) Gifted LittleLife Arc2 Travel Cot, only used a couple of times. It’s more like a little tent but with the door at the top - I’m afraid I couldn’t be bothered to put it up for the photo, but you a see it easily online! From a smoke-free, pet-free house.

Free: Loft ladder (Emscote Mill CV34) Gifted 3 section aluminium loft ladder, sadly all the fixings were thrown away - but maybe useful to someone?

Free: Loft boards and chipboard (Emscote Mill CV34) Gifted Ten loft boards size 1205x340x18mm. Also ten assorted lengths of chip board all approx 600mm wide, longest 1500mm, shortest 880mm - these could be used for loft boarding but only a few have the tongue and groove edges.

Free: King size bed/mattress (Emscote Mill CV34) Gifted I’m not sure if there’s any interest for second hand mattresses generally - the bed company will dispose of this but I’d love it not to go to landfill… It’s a European king size (ikea) base and simba memory foam mattress, 160 x 200cm. The mattress is maybe 3 or 4 years old, so not perfect but has always had a protector on it, so isn’t in bad condition at all. The main problem is moving it, as it’s big and very heavy - but if anyone has the transport then they are welcome to it!

Free: Material (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Roll of material - it's hard to describe the colour, green/brown? Maybe dark olive? It's a velvet-type fabric, seems as though it would be quite hard wearing, for cushions or upholstery perhaps. 135cm wide, and no idea how long - you can see from the second photo that there's a lot of it though!

Free: Reusable nappies (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted This is a bundle of reusable nappies - it is a mixture of brands (bambino mio and mothercare) and a bit of an assortment of outers (3 x 5-7kg newborn, 1 x 9-13kg), absorbant pads and biodegradable liners. I wouldn't say it's a complete set, but could be added to an existing set, or may be useful if someone wants to try them out before they buy their own.

Free: DVD player (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Toshiba DVD player with remote control. The power cable and HDMI cable are there, but if other leads are required for audio/video then I'm afraid I don't have these, but they're easy to get hold of.

Free: Gale speakers (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Pair of Gale speakers - not tested since I got them from the loft, but when I bought them they were really good quality. I've shown the connections at the back in case they aren't compatible with what you have.

Free: Potty! (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Bit of a strange one, but if anyone is approaching potty training time, I have 2 potties and 2 toilet seats - all in good condition and very clean! The toilet seats are really good, others that we tried would slip around, but these fitted all toilets and were really sturdy. There's also a little step for toilet/handwashing.

Free: wool (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Lots of wool going spare - various colours and weights, some just small amounts but quite a lot of complete balls too. There's about a bin-bag full when it's all together.

Free: Duvets (Cliff Hill CV34) Expired One king size, three cot size and a couple of pillows. All in reasonable condition, but understandably there isn't much demand for them second hand - may be useful for charities or animal rescue/veterinary surgeries?
Free: Wooden chairs (Cliff Hill CV34) Expired Five wooden chairs, I don't really know how old but they belonged to my grandparents and I think it's possible a couple may be victorian. They all need a bit of attention, but could be a nice restoration project for someone?

Free: Children's rug (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Nice quality rug for children's bedroom or play mat. A few small marks but generally good condition and from smoke-free/pet-free home. 175 x 85 cm.

Free: Buggy board (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Black Bump Rider buggy board. It's well-used but still in good working order. It's pretty much universal fitting to most buggies, and hooks up onto the handle with a strap when not in use.

Free: Oyster Pram accessories (Cliff Hill CV34) Expired An unused grey colour pack for an oyster pram. It's from about 10 years ago, so no guarantees that it'll fit a newer model. Includes seat pad, sun hood and foot cover, plus a black foot cover and rain cover that I happened to have spares of.

Free: T.E.N.S machine (Cliff Hill CV34) Expired Boots Tens Machine - I still have the box but no instructions I'm afraid. It's operated with two AA batteries. The electrical impulse strength range is 0-15 and it seems to have 7 modes. It's quite old but I've tried it out and it seems to be working fine. You would need to get new electrode pads.

Free: Hamax bike seat (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Yellow Hamax rear child bike seat. I've had it for a long time and there's a little splash of paint on the front, but it all seems to be in good order - you'd need to check it for yourself and work out the fittings, but if you're happy to do this then it's yours!

Free: Travel child seat (Cliff Hill CV34) Expired Called a travel high chair/pocket high chair - it folds up into a little pouch, and can be fitted over the back of a chair and straps the toddler in, for eating out or away from home. Brand - Totseat.

Free: Baby Monitor (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted BT baby monitor - sound only. No box or instructions I'm afraid. It's fairly basic but decent quality, and I seem to remember the handset has a decent range around the house and out into the garden. The base part needs to be plugged in and the handset needs to be charged but then runs off rechargeable batteries. It has a couple of music and light display settings too.

Free: Avent Electric Breast pump (Cliff Hill CV34) Gifted Electric breast pump, (plug/lead operated). I have all the parts, but if it's only the pump part that you want then the spare parts can be bought fairly cheaply on line.

Free: Pram/pushchair (Cliff Hill CV34) Expired Navy blue CYBEX pushchair (Iris M-Air/Balios M). It's about 7 years old but was only used for one child and has been stored since then. There is a bit of wear on the foot rest part of the pushchair seat, but the pram itself is in pretty good condition. I do remember though, that one of the front wheels was starting to stick - I think it probably just needs a clean and some oil, but I haven't looked into it I'm afraid!
