Good condition fireplace and working electric fire. H 117 cm, W 122 cm, D hearth 36 cm. Take the lot. Will need to dismantle. Collection only. Please state when you are able to collect and that you have the knowhow to dismantle it and an appropriate vehicle to take it away.

3 piece suite in good condition. 3 seater settee 196 cm approx length. Some scratch marks on one of the armchairs but not that noticeable. Big and bulky. Collection only. Please state when you are able to collect and you have appropriate vehicle and help to move it as will be challenging I expect.

Fair condition wooden dining table and only 2 chairs. Table extends to seat 6. One table leg is a bit loose and there is some fading from the sun. Leg could probably be secured. Legs would need to be removed so bring some tools. Collection only. Please state when you are able to collect and you have the tools and vehicle to transport it.
