1. All Saints black bodycon style (though not stretch) miniskirt. Thick heavy fabric embellished with beads in wide panel at the sides . UK 6 2. Zara Trafaluc black damask short dress with full skirt and fitted bodice. Zipped at back. Quite low cut V at front. Sleeveless. Feels good quality and is a nice shape. UK XS 3. French Connection unworn long sleeved dark navy sheer silk fabric short dress. Body lined, sleeves not. Embellished with beads (and small bronze flowers at neck and cuffs. Very pretty. UK 8 If anyone is interested you would be very welcome to try them before deciding whether to take or not.

C 15 years old Staples padded office chair velvet effect material black A little threadbare on arms and some scuff marks/ paint wearing off on metal frame in places Swivels, adjusts up and down and there is a tilt/lockout function IMO still comfortable. It was bought for a teenager to use at desk in a room that didn’t want to look like an office. Compared with more modern chairs it does not have effective lumbar support (you might need a cushion).

A pair of antique Austrian carved framed wing arm chairs. These are very large. We could not get them into the house through normal sized single doors. They are currently in a room with French windows into garden - we haven’t managed to get them through internal doors. Would need a large room. They were inherited from a relative who had them placed either side of a fireplace. It looks as though they were reupholstered 10 years or so ago There is one small hole (pictured) on one arm . Can do further photos if necessary If interested you are welcome to come and have a look before deciding. You would need a large vehicle. (Turquoise cat cushions not included)

This is a heavy mattress designed to be turned over from time to time. Would need two people to do that.
