This is called a “Relay Go”. It’s for kids that you don’t think are ready for a phone. They keep it with them. It acts like a speaker or like a walkie-talkie. You can contact your kid with no problem with this thing. I used it for about a year. This particular Relay Go is about three years old. I recommend it. You set it up from your phone and your phone acts like a speaker.

I used this whistle tag for about a year for my cat. It was just too big for him. It worked great. It’s about 2 yrs old. There’s no collar, just the device. You need a subscription from Whistle for it to work. I recommend it for a dog.
