Lawnmower (Old Ottawa East) Gifted Chassis, handle and blade are in good order. Engine is solid but missing a few parts (plug, coil, starter recoil) 3hp briggs engine. Either harvest parts from an old mower or take this as parts for something else. Ran well and cut well before i started stripping pieces

Toilet unused. Please read desc (Old Ottawa East) Gifted New in box *important* Toilet has been installed but never used. I tried many ways to try to resolve it leaking from between the tank and the bowl join. I gave up. I suspect it is a defective design. However if you want to give it a try. Water somehow seems to escape from either the flush valve or the bolts on to the floor behind. Will need a new wax ring.
