9x Square cream gloss tiles (Maida Vale W9) 40cmx40cm 1 x full size 2 x with very minor corner chops 3 x with large corner chips 3 x cut down Good condition just need a clean and adhesive removing

Approx 150 beige sand effect tiles (Maida Vale) 58x10cm tiles ( some cut down) Beige sand effect 153 in total (breakdown below): Full length: 28 45cm approx x17 38-40cm approx x13 63 x 25cm approx 20cm approx x11 13 cm approx x21 + Some off cuts Good condition- just need adhesive removing. A few have minor chips. Note: some are still attached to plasterboard as pictured. They are very heavy- you will need to be able to carry them up 1 set of stairs to ground level (in batches). Please bring something to transport them in.
