I'm registered as disabled with chronic breathing issues that require a lung transplant as well as PTSD and Agoraphobia and have found that baking and cooking help a little. Am looking for a stand mixer and/or bread-making equipment. Sadly, due to my condition, I am finding it increasingly difficult to travel to collect.
