140cm x 70cm x 10cm thick foam, in a waterproof covering. Mothercare cot bed mattress made in 2005 - the foam is perfectly useable for a project such as seat cushions or upholstery, but I wouldn't recommend using as a cot mattress - always recommend new for babies.
