This is a self inflating camping air bed. It inflates itself once unrolled but can also be "topped" up by blowing into the valve. It has a tear on the outside skin shown in the photos which can be mended I am sure and makes no difference to the air tightness of the cushion itself. Once finished with, the rolling up of the bed will expel the air through the open valve.
