Free: Shelves For Garage Or Bookcase (CT15) Gifted Wooden ( MDF ) shelving unit. Approximately 135cm tall x 71cm wide x 30cm deep I suggest suitable as garage storage because it's not pretty lots of marks on it. Shelves are chipboard. Has been painted grey but black underlying colour shows through where paint chipped in many places. Hardboard back.

Free: Memory Foam Neck Support Pillow (CT15) Gifted Bought this from my chiropractor some years ago. Tried it once but ended up not needing it. It is clean as was only used once with pillow case on top. And it has a removable washable cover of its own also. Similar to item pictured (see spinal products website). Designed to keep your neck and spine in a more neutral position when sleeping. It has a ridge basically at one side that you put under your neck. It is a soft but supportive kind of memory foam and a soft cream velour cover. Dimensions are 47 x 33 cm and height of pillow is 10/cm at low side and 14cm on raised side. Raised side is curved to match the curve of your neck. Request: Piece of wood - old shelf say (Elvington CT15) Received Seeking one or two pieces of wood approx 300mm x 1m. Hoping someone has some spare laying around. Length doesn’t matter as long as not less than 850mm. Width minimum 250mm max 300mm and thickness of at least 15mm Something like pine board pictured would be ideal or any solid wood but actually can be anything apart from chipboard eg MDF works ok if need be . Doesn’t have to be pretty. Can be marked or painted or some holes and still works for my purposes. Anything that’s dry having been kept indoors and has a little strength in it. Not palletwood thanks.
