Fabulous large awning, just too big for me now. Sleeps 4 . Bedrooms included. Footprint, pump, attachments included. Unfortuneatly got put down in a hurry last year and has some mildew but this could be cleaned off. Needs some new guys due to UV damage. Is up in my garden now and will stay up til Sunday 23rd if you want to look. Sad to let it go, many happy memories.
