One curtain, made from Liberty fabric, with thick thermal lining. It's very good for keeping heat in and the cold out, for example over a door (see photo). We used this connected to the central heating but (see photo) it does have an element for electricity as well (dual fuel). You will need an electrician if you want to connect to electricity. Please also note 2 of the wall brackets are missing the screws for adjusting the distance from the wall. It seemed to be OK without these.
