Two Leather Suitcases (Balcombe RH17)
Two brown leather suitcases, which have been in the loft for a long time. No retractable handle or wheels but again may be good for storage. They are both the same size and measure 61cm (2ft) in width and 30.5cm (12") in height. Again they will either go in the skip or to the tip on Friday because I am helping a friend clear her Mum's house.

It is very old, no wheels or rectractable handle but in good condition inside and out. May be of use for storing items. Will be going in the skip or to the tip on Friday. It measures approximately 56cm (22") in width and 30cm (12") in height.

Four black ceramic wax melt or oil burners. They measure approximately 9cm (3 1/2") in height and are 8cm (3 1/4") at the widest point on the top. I will be taking them to the charity shop if no one wants them by Friday.

A beautiful M&S bone china mug which is microwave and dishwasher safe. No chips and in excellent condition. I will take it to the charity shop if nobody wants it by Friday.

This slow cooker was my daughters and has been in the loft for a few years. It looks like it has hardly been used. As you can see, we still have the instructions and it is in the box. Four Teddies (Balcombe RH17)

All teddies are in good condition. The brown teddy with the tartan bow is approximately 49cm high and 83cm round the chest. The cream teddy with the tartan bow is approximately 46cm high and 70cm round the chest. The grey teddy is approximately 35cm high and 47cm round the chest. The small brown teddy is approximately 30cm high and 40cm round the chest. They would love a new home with someone who would love to cuddle them because their previous owner has grown up! I am happy for them to go separately and please note the grey one with glasses is not suitable for children under 36 months.

Small Roof Box (Balcombe RH17)

A small grey roof box. This was used by my Dad and stored in his garage on a pully system. Since we emptied the garage it has been stored in our shed. We don't have any bars for it but it does have straps inside (see the fifth photo), not sure that these were to secure it. There are some marks on the outside of it which you can see from the photos but it is perfectly clean inside. It measures approximately 125cm in length x 93cm wide x 33cm deep. As you can see from the pictures, this is a green gazebo with green and white striped sides. It has three striped sides and one which is half striped and half plastic windows (please see photo). There are poles and pegs to secure it. I have not put it up, this was in my Mum and Dad's garage and I only recall it being used once so it is in good condition, I could not see any holes in the fabric. Substantial brass coloured door handle, keys and locking mechanism. At the bottom of the door plate there is some discoloration (see second photo) but I did not notice this until they were taken off so not noticeable whilst fitted.

We have a picnic basket which has never been used. I have given it and the contents a clean. As you can see there are four wine glasses and four tumblers. One of the tumblers I decided to use for work and then put it through the dishwasher, which is why this one has gone opaque but it is still usable. I would therefore assume the contents have to be handwashed. There are also four plates and four bowls and a pack of unopened paper serviettes. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

The Hatchbag Company Boot Liner (Balcombe RH17)

As you can see from the photos, I have a black 'The Hatchbag Company' Boot Liner. We purchased it in October 2016 for our Ford Mondeo Estate. It is for the Ford Mondeo Estate 2014 Onwards, it includes the rear seat (without a split), a bumper flap and a separate tailgate cover. We also used this in our Ford Mondeo of 2022, the small pockets didn't fit perfectly but it did what we bought it for and that was to keep the dog fur off the interior in the boot. It has been well used by our dogs but is clean. Any one interested will need to buy the velcro which attaches to the interior of the car and this then will stay securely in place. They cost £10.04 for a bag.

We have 11 oak veneer doors which were originally bought from Wenban Smith. Some have been varnished and others are still as they were originally. They all have gold effect door furnishings and some have keys. There are 11 doors in total and they measure approximately 76cm wide x 193cm high. Plus I have one airing cupboard door which is approximately 60cm wide x 190cm high. Three have been removed so far today and possibly another three tomorrow with the rest being removed next week. We are happy for them to all go together or for people to have as many as they wish. If there is no interest by the time the carpenter has finished, they will all go with the carpenter.

This Vax carpet cleaning machine has only been used once. It comes with the instructions and a bottle of pre-treatment carpet care. The carpet cleaner bottle is empty, I kept it in order to purchase another bottle but never did. I also still have the instructions.
