Curtains, fully lined (Stanmore, HA7)

Four, good quality, lined curtains. Top to bottom approximately 220cm. I haven’t measured the width of individual curtains but together covered a bay window curtain rail of approx. 380cm. Probably 18-20 years old but don’t look it (professionally made/lined, I think by John Lewis but can’t be certain). Been stored in the attic for a couple of years, creases may drop out but will probably need ironing. Assume dry clean only.

Unusual small cabinet (Stanmore, HA7)

A solid wood small cabinet I have owned for 30+ years, it has an unusual aspect – the top opens! I have no idea why it was designed this way, but it makes it easier to retrieve an item at the back of the shelf. Some recent marks on the leading edge and clearly shown in one of the photos, but I expect this can be largely renovated to a pleasing appearance, with some furniture stainer. Height 88cm, width 58cm and depth 36cm. Free to collect.

Lovely warm wood with interesting hinges and joins. Used as a coffee table and provides useful storage space. Imperfections galore but mostly they add to the appeal. If you are prepared to put in a little effort then it could be even better. Feet on the front edge are classic, those on the rear are replacements which could be made much more attractive though they are not actually that noticeable. In my family for at least 60 years and probably nearer 80, sadly it does not fit with the new furniture. I know it will bring pleasure to the new owner. H 38cm, W 94cm, D 49cm. Free to collect.

TV stand, free to collect. Steel sides holding dark tinted glass. In use by me until today with a TV on top, dvd player on one shelf and music and headphones on the other, so plenty of room for most needs. Being wider at the front than the back it sits a bit further into a corner or recess than a stand with a constant width, thereby saving a little space. The front and back anchor points of glass to metal on the right-hand side are loose (highlighted in one of the photos). I hadn't noticed until I moved it today. It could probably be fixed with a dab of superglue but it hasn't caused me any problems so could probably be left as is. All the anchor points are screwed into place with an Allen key which I will include with the stand so shelves can be tightened if they become loose over time. Measurements (rounded): 1. Width across the front 101cm narrowing to 50cm across the back 2. Depth 48cm 3. Height 47cm Thanks

High quality office chair but I prefer one with a bit more padding, hence giving this one away. The bag taped to the arm of the chair contains the user guide and Allen key, for adjustments. No fire safety certificate and no warranties given in that regard. Purchased 2020 .

Free to collect. Solid wood, four drawers. In use by me until very recently, very sturdy and useful storage and functions as expected. Could do with a lick of paint but otherwise very good condition. Dimensions (rounded) Height 75cm., width 76cm and depth 40.5cm. No fire certificate or warranties in that regard - it's painted wood, it will burn if you set light to it, hence charities cannot take it. Would be an awful waste to throw it away so if you would like it or know someone who might, please let me know. Thanks, Tony.

4 very attractive, comfortable and sturdy dining chairs free to a good home. I bought them from a dealer c25-30 years ago and had them recovered privately, so NOT fireproof, NO fire certificate and no warranties in that regard. Hence charities cannot take them.
