4 seater couch and armchair (Lucan)
Armchair 96cm long, 98cm deep, 93cm high Couch 256cm long, 98cm deep, 93cm high Light grey colour, very comfortable and sturdy. You will need a very large car or a van to take this. Just cleaned. Please note that I could not do up one zip on the couch seat cushions. I did not force it, in case I broke it. It might need a repair or replacement.

1 bag baby boys clothes mostly 18-23 months 1 bag baby boys coats and blankets mostly 12 -18 months 1 washable mat in Irish 1 Mamas & Papas big world play mat and gym 1 Mamas & Papas rocking horse 1 box toys suitable for 12 months + 1 big box toys suitable for 12 months + (sorry but I can't give you this black box) All items were stored in the attic so the fabric things will need a wash before you use them.
