Remodelling the front garden, and a gardener suggested we advertise this as topsoil for anyone who might need it and like to collect. I’ve screened it (don’t ask how long it took!) so it’s weed free and -aside from a very few small stones- clear. There are a couple of spindly little dead roots here and there but we’ve been assured it’ll compost down over time. Bagged up in rubble-bags for easy collection and manageable transport :)

Tricoflex non-torsión hose pipe, not sire how long but approx 5-10m, there’s a hole I unsuccessfully sealed but as it’s not long enough for us we’ve decided just to replace it. maybe you can make use?

Originally very good quality, but not slightly bent (photo 2) so doesn’t close all the way down (photo 1). You might know if it’s safe to use, we don’t, or you might like to take it apart for spares… any viable use you might have is better than just dumping it. Collection London road.
