Working electric fireplace and surround. Comes with a remote to turn on and adjust temp. Looks like it will dismantle for fitting in to vehicle but it came like this with the house so I’m not sure. No issues with it apart from the scratches pictured. Measurements: H: 46 inches L: 57 inches W: 15.5 inches

X2 grey X2 blue dining room chairs. Completely fine but quite stained and will need a really good clean

Futon/ pull out sofa, surprisingly comfortable. Included in picture is futon cushion however this is abit mouldy/ stained so may just want to get a new one to go with frame. One of the wooden slats has broken around the bolt as pictured and will need fixing to use as a bed
