Request: Books (TN34 Hastings Town Centre) Books, Children's books and small toys. Hi, 3/4 way up Waterworks Road (off Queens Road and adjacent to Morrisons), I have a little free library. It's quite popular and if anyone is ever in the neighborhood they are welcome to take things, and also to leave things, children's books and small toys are especially popular and I'd be grateful as it's a lot of shelves to fill. It's in the Car Park Park, - as you walk up Waterworks Road from Queens Road it's on the left, past the houses and the entrance to the Yard (formerly know as the Brittania Enterprise centre). Please note, I can't collect. If you like the idea, and are able, please use it.

Free: Wheelchair - manual (TN34 Hastings Town Centre) Gifted Folding manual wheelchair, light and easy to manage. Collect Hastings Town Hall, off Queens road, Hastings. This is a Hastings Library of Things item which is surplus and so needs a new home.

Request: Working sewing machine (TN34 Hastings Town Centre) Expired Hastings Library of Things would be grateful for a sewing machine to replace one which broke last winter. Dropped on it's head it was! Able to collect within Hastings Borough boundaries but, unfortunately no further afield.

Request: Mobile phones (TN34 Hastings Town Centre) Expired Any working phone, ideally unlocked and cleared or data, but we can do a bit of that ourselves. Our project takes unused phones and makes them functional. then we give them to people who need them. Most go to Seaview to pass out from their hub in st Leonards. If you had a new phone and have an old one to dispose of please get in touch. Thank you, Shelley
