Free: Lawn mower (University Area RG1) This lawn mower is good for small lawns. I have spare blades and the manual that goes with it. The handle folds down in half to pack away. The only problem seems to be that occasionally it won't turn off when you release the handle and button so you have to unplug it from the socket. I think the mechanism in the box where the button and handle is needs looking at but I can't be bothered. I did plug it in this morning to check it and it worked okay but it might play up again. It will go to the tip if nobody wants it as I bought a new mower. I will give a few days before I choose someone and I will only respond to people who are polite and not just 'I'll have it'.

Free: Phillips Mistral 20 Iron (University Area RG1) Gifted After many years of using this iron, I have decided to get a new one so this one is up for rehoming. There is some stuff on the bottom that doesn't affect using it and you might be able to clean it off but I can't be bothered to try. It is a steam iron but not sure if the steaming aspect works properly anymore. It might simply need a descaling. I will give a couple of days before I decide who this goes to so it gives people a chance to reply.

Free: Small Plastic Pond (University Area RG1) Gifted I have replaced my pond because I kept getting problems with green algae stuff the last couple of years, but it was only used to house frogs who loved the pond. Now they have a new home. It was in the ground for a good 15 years which is why it is dirty on the outside. The inside is dirty probably due to filling it up with tap water. I have given it a scrub and I am sure with a bit of elbow grease it can be completely cleaned on the inside. So i thought before I take it to the tip I would see if anyone would like it. Approximate size is: 87cm length, 57cm width, 30cm deep. I will give a few days before I choose who to give it to. I also appreciate polite replies and not just 'I will have this'.
Free: Hosepipe - 35ft+ (University Area RG1) Gifted This hosepipe is 35ft - 40ft, maybe a bit more (my garden is 35ft and it goes to the bottom with some left over on the reel). It is 2 hosepipes joined with a connector. The red connector which attaches to the spray gun is old and use to occasionally come off the spray gun while I was using it but you can buy a new connector. There is no spray gun to go with this, just the hosepipe and reel it is on. As you can see from the first photo the stand is broken and rusted but it still works fine to unreel and reel back in. I have bought a new expanding hosepipe so decided to see if anyone on freegle would like it before I take it to the tip. Please be polite if you are interested, I will not respond to people who comment such as 'I will have it'. Also I will give a few days to allow people to respond. Thanks.
Free: 3 x Stackable Bamboo Tables (University Area RG1) Gifted These are 3 bamboo tables that stack together (well they look like real bamboo). I have given them a wipe over as they have been sitting in the loft for a few years, but they will probably need a thorough clean. They are also a little wobbly so won't take a massive weight if you are looking for something sturdy. Approximate sizes are as follows: Small table = 23W x 17D x 24H Medium table = 31W x 24D x 28H Larger table = 39W x 31D x 32H The photo of the top is from the biggest table to show what all 3 roughly look like.
