This is old but sweeps up leaves well, it folds flat for storage. The vinyl collecting bag has got brittle and there is a hole across the bottom, also one of the handle clips is broken, this could possibly be repaired or a new one made. There is only one plastic cap on the 2 rods holding the bag in place, there should be 4 but elastic bands wrapped around the ends would do the job to stop the rods slipping out.

Counter top dishwasher, requires plumbing in, a nearby electric socket to plug in to and a drain access (could be just putting the pipe in the sink). Size 55cm w x 50cm d plus room for waste pipe x 43.5cm h. 6 place setting size comes with instruction manual. In working order, surplus after house move, will need a clean as it hasn't been used for a while. There are a few small rust spots on the top. Collection asap please

Prestige 4 litre automatic aluminium pressure cooker Well used and the timer is missing on the lid but it still works well and I wouldn't be offering it if it didn't have a bellied base (my induction hob needs a flat base to work). There is a lever to move to instantly release the pressure. It comes with a trivet, separator basket, spare valve and tatty instruction book. It has 2 gaskets but they are both used and leak a bit. Replacements are still available to buy.

Metal case and glass inner food flask, has detachable handle, cork and metal stopper and metal lid which can be used as a dish, also comes with spare replacement glass inner. There is a dent in casing and don't know how airtight the cork stopper is (it is very old). I haven't used it for any hot food so not sure how long it will keep food hot. It is brilliant for storing frozen sausages if you are camping!!

These have been used but are undamaged, so have adhesive on the back. It is not cement adhesive so comes off easily if you soak them in water for a couple of days. They are cream colour and glossy with smooth slight indents on the surface. Size: 10cm x 10 cm x 8mm d 478 whole tiles about 4.8 mtrs coverage plus 18 whole but chips or socket cut outs 12 almost whole, cut on one edge 82 x three quarter tiles, cut on one edge 17 x half tiles, cut on one edge and 6 random off cuts.

There is a small piece of edging missing on back right corner but I have a piece to repair it. The handle also needs repair or replacement. There is a glass top but the wooden lid is missing. The tank and base are separate so tank could be used without the base. 33cm x 81cm x 117cm in total. Tank is 29.5cm x 42 cm x 75cm volume is 90 litres. Collection asap please.

2 lengths of irrigation hose, a couple of nozzles are missing or broken off and there are no connectors with it. 1 length is 9.3 metres and the nozzles are right to the ends. The other length is 12 metres in total, 9 metres with nozzles and 3 metres without. The side pipes are 80 cms long and the plastic stake water outlets are 6 cm long.

A long narrow mirror which was used as part of a room divider it's 192cm long x 31cm wide x 0.5cm thick. It has an etched design of a kingfisher a fox and bullrushes on each end. Design is 25cm high x 22cm wide. 25cm in from ends of mirror and 95cm apart. It is still attached to back board and part of the top frame so will need dismantling to use as just a frameless mirror but could also be re-framed, it is also heavy.
