Lovely comfy armchair. Not new but lots of life left. Great flat arms for resting that cup of tea or book on! Fire lable attached. I'll include the cushion if you want. The cat was also very keen on this chair so has scratched it. Pick up Keyworth NG12. It's quite a low back so should fit in a reasonable sized hatchback. Might consider dropping off South Notts area.

Reclimed parquet flooring. (Keyworth NG12)

Approx min 10m2 lovely reclaimed parquet flooring. From hall in one off post war house in Loughborough. Will need a bit cleaning but nice and dry. Lifted a couple of years ago and stored dry in garage. Available now from Loughborough LE11 or Keyworth NG12 . Great for repairing & restoring or more than enough for cloakroom.
