Lockable desk with 3 drawers, and 2 keys. Previous owner used a chalk effect varnish. Height 102cm, 75cm long, 40 cm deep. Slight water stains on top. Some loss of varnish on the desk surface. Would benefit from up cycling.

Brown leather sofa, comfortable, with some marks on front of cushions. 77 inches wide, 36 inches deep, 25 inches ht of arm rests, 36 inches ht at back. Metal framed bed, needs replacement mattress 70 x 51 inches. Please bring your own transport and a friend to help shift it as it's heavy.
