40” TV (10+ yrs old, brand Seiki) (Hamilton mountain)

Seiki 40 inch TV, with its remote. Made in 2012, model number SE401GS; for more details/specs, search model number to find manual online, readily available at manuals.ca, archive.org, etc.. Good condition, aside from being a bit outdated and quite dusty. (Note: I drew a black rectangle over the screen in that picture, just to cover up the reflection of the room & myself.)

Cutting board oil & wax, and boards (Hamilton mountain)

Caron & Doucet cutting board oil and cutting board wax. The oil is opened, I used a little bit of it about two years ago. Pretty sure the wax is unopened. Also, three wooden cutting boards: big one is unused, medium one is used, small one is used but still in decent shape because it was treated with the oil. You don’t have to take everything.
