Free: Ceiling mounted bathroom light (CT2) Offered a bathroom rated stainless steel ceiling light fitting. The light fitting are free from rust or corrosion. The light uses three G10 halogen or G10 LED bulbs.

Free: Battery operated smoke detectors (CT2) Two battery smoke detectors with an expiry date of November 2034 offered. The smoke detectors were provided by Kent Fire Brigade when we moved into our house. The are perfectly serviceable, but Building Controls forced us to replace them with mains operated smoke detectors when we had work done in the house.

Free: Hoselock reel and hosepipe (CT2) Gifted Hoselock wall mounted reel with and estimated 30m long hosepipe. The both the reel and hosepipe are quite old. The manual reel still works and the hosepipe has lost some of its flexibility, but does not leak. The hosepipe comes with connectors and nozzle. The nozzle works OK, but the connectors probably need changing as they leak slightly.

Free: Rock Garden Rocks (CT2) Gifted Our rockery will be replaced when we remodel our garden. Anybody who would like a few rocks as statements in a border or has a rockery project themselves is welcome to as many of the rocks as they need. The rocks are some sort of sandstone and vary in size - some are large and heavy! Caveat: you will need to take the rocks from the rockery yourself as I have hurt my back trying to shift a few of them. There is space to park a car or transit van on our drive while loading.

Free: BMW Series 1 Spare Bulb Kit (CT2) Gifted Spare bulb kit for BMW 2004 - 2011 Series 1 cars. It is a Halford's Spare Bulb Kit 9 and may well be compatible with other makes / models, but I can't find any details as to which these are.

Doorbell has 5 different chimes and has a volume adjustment. There is also an adjustment for the length of the chime. In good working order.
