The parts are very likely available from IKEA, they have a wall of spare parts you can take from their branches, so you will need to collect them before you build it. Ideally, I'd like it gone by Christmas. There are 2 mattresses available I can give you, but be aware they have been stored in the garage for a while, so may need a clean (they are wrapped in plastic!)
