Kenmore outdoor grill (Brookforest, SE Houston)

Kenmore grill, 9-10 years old, works... it was hooked up to the natural gas line, but appears to be able to accept a propane tank (see pics)... after we had a huge tree fall, I believe some of the sawdust and dirt from the tree people working clogged either the line to the gas meter or the grill itself... after the tree, it wouldn’t go above 350 degrees.

Basic grey futon. Folds into a full size bed. I’ve had it for about 8 years and I’ve always kept a thick blanket over it because my dog and cats would lay on it, so the fabric is in good shape. There’s a small rip on the back (see pic) and places where the cats got their claws on the back, but you’d never notice it unless you’re looking at the back! It’s sitting by the curb at my house, so come get it!
