Bed - Divan Base (Preston Park area BN1)

Standard divan base. Assemble with two wing nuts (provided) then insert drawers. The eight castors remain in situ. Bought from Marks & Spencers many years ago so there are signs of age. Otherwise a good solid base with pre-drilled holes suitable for fitting a headboard (not included). All measurements approximate. For collection only.

Comprised of one single + one double hanging space Dimensions: 1.41m wide x 2.15m high x 0.61m deep. Please note all measurements are approximate Includes 2 hanging rails and 2 shelves Dark wood effect side and trim, glossy cream doors, brushed steel coloured handles. Very heavy as made of a compressed engineered wood. Fair condition but there is a cut out for an electrical socket (please see images) I have dismantled it for ease of transportation - see last image. There are no instructions on how to reassemble it but I have marked and labeled the individual pieces including the screws and brackets. It can easily be collected before 13.45 any day of the week including weekends.

Internal Door (Preston Park area BN1)

Removed from an ex-rental property. Painted white. An unglazed flush ply veneer internal door. Handles and latch attached and therefore included. Dimensions: Width 76cm x Height 195.5 cm x Depth 3.5 cm. Damage: 2 screw holes where presumably a hook rack was attached. In addition, the hinges are so thick with paint I had to use a hacksaw to cut through them in order to remove the door from the frame. See images for extent of damage. This item is for collection only as I don't have a car.

Electric Radiator (Preston Park area BN1)

Wall hung electric radiator. Thermostatically controlled but with limited options. It does have the choice of 18, 19 or 22 degrees centigrade. It came with the property and I've been using it as a simple on or off radiator. This is because there is no remote control and there are no instructions. The radiator hangs on the H shaped wall bracket with the top hooks aligned between the vanes. It also has a water reservoir but I've never used it. The flex is around 149cm in length and I've measured the radiator as 94cm wide. I've marked the images with all the relevant measurements. This item is for collection only as I do not have a car.

Wardrobe unit - It is now dismantled with damage as imaged to the brace attachments. These braces live behind the false back of the wardrobe. Approx dimensions: 216 cm high x 185 cm wide x 61 cm deep. The doors are a glossy cream colour and the surround a dark wood effect. It came with the property but because I'm moving walls sadly, it will no longer fit.

Corner Sofa (Preston Park area BN1)

DFS Corner Sofa in a cream 'calico' type fabric. 8 years old all spent in a non-smoking, pet-free household. Five back cushions and three seat cushions. 2100mm from armrest to armrest and approximately 82cm in height. The corner seat cushion is approximately 72cm wide at the footrest and matches the other two at about 60cm wide on the sofa. There is a fire label attached. Relatively good condition as it's always been covered by a blanket when in use. Except for some discolouration along the base at the front (image 6) and a 'rusty' looking discolouration where it has been against a wall at the back - also along the bottom (last image). I was going to have it reupholstered to fit in with my new home but have decided it is just too big for the space. For transportation purposes the legs unscrew and the armrests are removable.
