Good condition kid's Playhouse that can be stored one half inside the other half. Note: the inside floor's wet where I wiped it down, not stained. My kid's had many great times w/it; very versatile. On curb until gone.

Majestic Palm (Clarksburg)

48 inch Majestic Palm needs a new home! She's not happy in my chilly sunroom which is apparent in leaf changes that should resolve in a better environment. I tried another room but all of my cats chewed on her so she's bk in the sunroom so I'd like to 'rehome' asap! Terracotta pot not included, I'll put her in a black plastic garden ctr pot.
