3 person sofa - van (SW17 Tooting Bec)
three person sofa - van will be required - W:220cm x H:80cm x D:90cm very comfortable - non removable blue wool cover - significant fabric tears, sun damage and water stains but could be re-covered if someone had the time and skill. Alternatively a throw would work! One leg has been replaced owing to damage on delevery 10 years ago - solid fix.

Will require two strong people move it (it weighs about 75kg!) and a van or similar to transport. In good working condition but is quite old. Dents, scuffs and marks associated with age. Has had belt and brushes replaced in the last 2 years.

Single bed and trundle (SW17 Tooting Bec)

Excellent condition. Will require van to collect. 57cm high by 107cm wide by 190cm long. Includes trundle bed which slides underneath. 2x Foam mattresses included - clean but both have removable/washable covers in any case. Bed partially disassembled but very easy to reassemble. (8 screws for slats).
