Air Fryer (Hitchin, near Sainsbury’s) Gifted Livivo 12L Digital Air Fryer Oven. Works perfectly but no space for it after downsizing! Has shelves rather than small drawers so can accommodate larger baking dishes. Also easier to cook multiple items simultaneously. Instruction manual included.

Tall cupboard (Hitchin, near Sainsbury’s) Wood effect laminate. 197cm h x 40cm w x 30cm d. Glass shelves to top half, “wood” shelves to lower half. Good condition - used for storage in bathroom. Has strap with screw to attach top to wall to prevent tipping.

Solid Pine Bunk Beds (Hitchin Ninesprings.) Gifted As new condition. Adult size with sprung mattresses, two wheeled under bed storage drawers and double shelf for top bunk. Bedding & matching curtains available if required. Only used for occasional sleepovers by grandchildren.

Pine table & 6 chairs (Hitchin Ninesprings.) Gifted Table 5’ x 3’ . Solid pine. Well used but still serviceable. Some surface marks which could be sanded off or covered with a runner. Four chairs and two painted carvers, all with seat pads if wanted.
