Free: 18XL Ink Cartridges (Hitchin) 18XL Ink Cartridges Multipack Compatible for Epson 18 XL for Epson Expression Home XP-322 XP322 XP-305 XP305 XP-312 XP312 XP405 XP-202 XP-215 XP-415 XP-422 XP-405 XP-225 XP-412 XP-425 Printer. 7 black, 6 magenta, 6 yellow, 5 cyan. Original bought from various supplies off Amazon for my Epson printer. NOT Epson cartridges but have worked for me. Recently bought a new printer so longer have use for these.

Free: Grey Rug 120 x 170cm (Hitchin) Gifted Grey/Blue/Brown rug with a worn vintage style print. 120 x 170cm. Good condition but would benefit from a clean.

Free: Breathe Underlay (Hitchin) Gifted Breathe underlay made of natural wood fibres, 8mm thick, approx 13.5m squares left on roll. Was stored in loft.

Free: Storage shelving unit with baskets (Hitchin) Gifted Width 78cm x Depth 42cm x Height 87cm Shelving unit with x3 white baskets. Basket liners have been washed. Unit does rock from side to side as it needs a new back board. Removed due to damage.

Free: Children’s IKEA table and chair (Hitchin) Gifted IKEA (sundvik) kids table & chair. Few chips & scratches. Chair has been chalk painted yellow. Both items still solid enough to be painted and used again. Children's table, 76x50 cm.

Free: Kids Wardrobe (Hitchin) Gifted Off white in colour. A few scratches around the top right side but depending on position they may not be visible. It has been dismantled to get down the stairs but all screws/cam locks clearly labelled for reassemble. Used but still usable. It has been brilliant for storing games in the right hand side shelves. Surprising how much fits in there. Dimensions: Height 163cm x Width 94cm x Depth 55cm
