Umbrella Stand (Marin)
Nice solid base but I'm unable to tighten the base nut or the side knob due to rust. I've tried "liquid wrench" and, as you may notice, some light tapping . . . to no avail. Would you like to give it a try? (I finally purchased a new one because I was weary of the leaning umbrella.)

80" tall, 29.5" wide, hinge is 3" x1" and door closer bracket is @ 14.375" in some holes in the screen, not sure if the pneumatic door closer works, I can't budge it but maybe there's a trick. Getting rid of this for my landlord
