Clamps down to a table so ypu can wind skeins of yarn into a ball or cake as they seem to be called these days... When I was a kid we used to have to put the skein over the back of a dining chair then get arm ache winding the ball by hand 🤣 Collection from St Nicholas area of Stevenage
