Ladder (Rowsham HP22) Gifted The top bit is missing but doesn’t really affect use and I used it for geI don’t know the length it extends to but it must be about 12 feet???

X 4 dining chairs (Rowsham HP22) Gifted Before I take to the dump could anyone make use of these chairs. All of the chairs are in a poor condition visually where the faux leather has come off and where my cat has also scratched them. The actual chairs are solid and useable. I put seat covers on them and you would never know that they are in poor condition. Seat covers also included.

Grey TV cabinet (Rowsham HP22) Gifted This is my daughter’s and is surplus to requirements. Grey in colour and in VGC. The measurements are 54 inch long and 14 inch width/depth. Would need a big car or van to pick up with preferably 2 people. Advertised on other free sites.

6 dining chairs (Rowsham HP22) Gifted Could do with a freshen up. I have 6 chairs in total and 4 are a bit springy when you sit on them as they could do with re-webbing under the seats. 2 chairs are ok. Overall in good used condition. Might be perfect for upcycle.
