Wooden garden house. Needs some easy repair to porch step, windows and roof, and would love a fresh coat of paint. Great renovation project. Available for collection by arrangement. Bring tools and dismantle it yourself so you know how it goes back together. Van, pick-up or trailer probably best for the panels. Approx measurements: Width = 1m52, add 10cm each side for roof overhang; Depth = 1m83, add 47cm for porch; Height = 1m70 at sides, 1m95 in middle of roof.

***PROMISED PENDING COLLECTION*** IKEA-type wardrobe. Approx 237cm high, 100cm wide, 60cm deep. Good condition. Small mirror stuck on one of the doors. Couple of hinges have been re-set but both doors still work fine Collection only (van or car with long boot). And we'll need to take it apart to get it out!

Kingsize black bed frame - for mattress approx 4ft 11in x 6ft 6in (150x200cm). I've taken it apart now (just a few bolts) to make it easier to fit into a car. General condition is OK. Two of the slats do have their plastic ends missing and one is a bit split (see photo), but all the others are totally fine so this shouldn't matter at all once a mattress is on. Available to collect from Woodbridge.
