Free: mat floor durable plastic protector (seaton EX12) Gifted Semi opaque floor protector 48 x 40 inches. Heavy duty. This is used to protect the carpet / floor in offices underneath office chairs which can grind the pile with the wheels. Also keeps the flooring clean from dirty shoes. No longer required. Barely used.

Free: BLUE GRIP 5L for walls tiles etc (seaton EX12) Professional extra Grip bonding agent. Bought july 2025. Half a 10l tub. Free. I used it over tiles. Saves removing tiles and then replastering. Great stuff. A glue with fine sand in. Saves tons of time and work.

Free: knee probs? Adjustable sofa risers (seaton EX12) Gifted Black. Perfect condition. Adjustable. Fits any size - they go under the sofa/settee feet. See photos. No longer required. Will raise the sofa 4 inches/10 centimetres. Inside the bucket risers for the feet/chair legs the height is another 2 inches/5 cms. Allowing for greater height with pieces of wood if necessary. Great for people who have problems getting out of low chairs. Collection only.
