36”X24” desk with 2 adjustable shelves that are 13” depth, slide out keyboard drawer. There is a 2.5” damaged area on the backside of one shelf that I didn’t see until I pulled it away from the wall. Could probably be replaced. The first photo that you see has a rubber mat covering the desk, but it’s pretty clean underneath.

IKEA sectional couch, Navy Blue with a pullout bed underneath, 5 seats. All cushions and covers are machine washable. No rips, tears or stains I can see. Good condition, just not used much upstairs. Also has an ottoman with storage as seen in picture. It is upstairs and I’m not much help bringing it down. The bed underneath does come apart , and the sections of the couch break into 2.

Needs work, 2 rear flats. It’s around 10 yrs old I think. I have the seat, rarely used in my barn and need to locate it. I originally had a spring seat. Every season I had to have someone work on it to get it to work, then it worked great.
