Heaps of reusable bags (Dow’s Lake)
I’m offering lots of reusable carrier bags, that are nearly new. (I have my groceries delivered, no judgement, please.) A couple are the very sturdy plasticized ones; a couple are XL wide non-woven; a few are large non-woven; and plenty are the regular size non-woven type. The cat is not included; however, given the nature of staticky winter air, fair warning that there will be the occasional cat hair on the exteriors. I am aware that these could be useful at food banks, but it’s not practical for me to take them there. You would be most welcome to do so.

Recently acquired. Salmon flavour treats with wheatgrass. The package has maybe half a dozen removed. Unfortunately my cat seems not at all interested in eating them, though they are excellent for floor hockey. Fair warning, they’re a bit smelly.

I had hoped that someone would rescue me from my ‘this box is too good to recycle’ situation but alas, the one to whom they were promised didn’t show up. These particularly sturdy boxes are neatly gathered in a carrier bag, and as an added bonus, you may also have the larger box that comes with some packing paper.

Help, please. I live with ‘this box is too good to recycle syndrome’. This is a selection of particularly sturdy boxes that deserve another use. The almost cube at the back left is ~ 8”/22cm for size comparison with the others. The five glasses boxes have pull-out drawers, with a ribbon tab. I can imagine them having craft uses. I have a wad of bubble wrap for a bonus if you would like it.

Bamboo in need of rehabilitation (Dow’s Lake)

Seeking a kind home for this bamboo plant that needs re-potting or cutting of sections to root, or both. It is from good stock, but needs revival. This clump is just over two years old having started as cuttings from a twenty-plus year old plant. I have harvested some cuttings. It’s quiet and doesn’t eat much.

Cat scratching fabric (Dow’s Lake)

This is fairly sturdy fuzzy fabric to attach to furniture for cats to scratch rather than the good fabric. It can also wrap around a scratching post. The full piece was 23.6 x 15.8. I cut off the ~12”/30cm section. It and the rest of the roll, tape and instructions are available. Turns out this is not my cat’s preferred texture. The cut part had a bit of catnip applied. I have cleaned it as well as possible. The close-up of the texture is in shadow. The larger picture more accurately shows the colour.

This Android version 8.0.0 LG phone is about 9 years old. Its OS is no longer updating. It would suit someone whose priority is to use it as a phone and camera, rather than for apps etc as the most current ones won’t be compatible. It can use older and ‘lite’ versions. Charging cable included.

This Android phone is about 11 years old, and will best suit someone who needs to use it as a phone, rather than for scrolling on apps etc, as the OS no longer updates, so it isn’t compatible with the latest bells & whistles. The camera is quite good. Included are a charging cable and a backup charger.

About 3/4 of a 1 litre bottle of Live Clean liquid hand soap. I couldn’t get my regular ‘flavour’ of this so tried a different scent. I think that most people would find this one mild and pleasant, but I’m sensitive to fragrance and it’s too much for me.

Some scratches on the eating surfaces consistant with age, but they have not been used for aaaages. Four each dinner plates, side/salad/bread&butter plates, rimmed soup/pasta bowls, cups & saucers.
