This couch is super comfy. No stains. Smoke free home. 88” long by 43” deep by 38” high. It has 2 spots (pictured) that my cat tore up. Must have a vehicle to transport it.

Large cherrywood desk with a L return. Lots of drawers. Desk itself is 60” wide by 30” deep and 30” high. The L return is 42” wide by 21” deep. Good condition but does have some minor scratches and other wear and tear. Very solid and heavy.
