The screen image is fragmented (see pictures) and the housing quickly gets warm during operation. Screen rim fascia is cracked internally and unit has lots of scuff marks (should clean up ok). Rimowa has lifetime guarantee and will repair the wheel for free at any of their centres either if delivered or mailed. I've been meaning to do it but am now moving house and down-sizing massively so am letting go fo this repair project.
