condition: fair Older Treadmill. NordicTrack . Works great, but it is somewhat heavy and shows its age. If you have the space and just need something for jogging or walking when the weather wont let you get outside, and dont want to spend a lot, this could be a good option. I just need it out of my garage! 72" long when extended/set up. 38" wide. 55" from floor to top of dashboard. Can be stored folded

Ikea desk Secretary with above cupboard, shelves and lighting. Upper piece detaches from desk for moving it. Bottom matching bench opens for storage. Fair to good condition. Great for small spaces. 32" wide. 22" deep 82" total inches high if put together. Desk itself is 40" high and cabinet on top another 42"
