Free: Top Soil (Merstham, RH1) Good grade top soil with baby grass in it. We recently had our lawn redone then I decided to dig a flower border 😂 I’m sure this soil would be useful to anyone reseeding their lawn. You’ll need to shovel it into your own containers. Priority given to those who can collect asap as I need it gone.

Free: ASOS Dress (Merstham, RH1) Gifted Only worn once. It is a size 4 on the label but I would say it’s more size 6-8. A slight rip to the netting near the hem (see last pic) but this isn’t noticeable at all when worn, and the dress is very long so I think this could be cut away.
