Spin bike, good condition (Central Lancaster LA1) Gifted I got this bike used in 2020 from a local gym, and it served me well. My personal circumstances have changed, so I’m ready to let it go to someone who will get more use out of it than I currently can. The handlebars and seat can be separated for transport, but it’s pretty heavy and I would recommend 2 people move it. I added a pedal RPM counter and I also have a heart rate monitor that I’m happy to include. They’re great for syncing to your favourite workout programme. The bike itself has nothing electric so you can’t sync the resistance changes you make to an app, but I found that easy to work around. It’s a solid bike, not fancy but a workhorse.

Rocking chair (Central Lancaster LA1) Gifted Relatively compact rocking chair, acquired used and had some loose bits but we’ve re-glued them - so it’s functional, but it just doesn’t get used by us anymore. Pillows included. I don’t have a car, so you’d need to collect it from central Lancaster.

Iron supplements - liquid sachets (Central Lancaster LA1) Gifted On the advice of my doctor, I purchased these Spatone iron supplements to help with anaemia. He said they were very gentle and effective, and the Amazon reviews mostly said the same - but a few said they couldn’t tolerate them. I figured I’d take the chance and trust the doc, but turns out: I’m one of the few who can’t tolerate these. But apparently I’m in the minority! If someone else wants these, there are about 38-40 left of the original 42 count. Individually sealed sachets. Amazon refunded my purchase but didn’t require I return them, so maybe someone else would like them?

Ceiling lights, matched set (Central Lancaster LA1) Gifted 2 ceiling lights, formerly in my kitchen, both working. Take 2 standard bulbs each. Brushed nickel and white glass. The glass shades are 29 cm diameter each, and the rods the shades are mounted to are 89 cm across. The end of the shades go a bit past where the rods stop above them, so the whole fixture is a bit wider than 89 cm. They are a bit dusty because I took so long to get around to giving them away, but are otherwise in very good condition. The electrics work fine. Happy for someone to take both, or 2 people to take 1 each.
