I was given this, hence I understand what it was! It formed a box around a hot water tank so that the space above could be a useable surface. There are 3 pieces of plywood formerly surrounding a water tank. One of the wooden sides has a frame, and a "cat flap" in it. I assume that was access to the controls. There is also a piece of solid board that was the lid and that has a piece of cushion flooring attached to it as a work surface. So, 3 pieces could just be cut up as plywood and the other is a piece of board. One is really interesting if you want a flap! Sample measurements include 75 cm x 91 cm and 84 x 102 cm, but as you can see from the photos, the wooden panels are not just regular rectangles (the board top is). Not all of it would be useable. Grown from saved seed. This type only fruited in its second year last time, so I have just kept them alive. Each pot has 3 or 4 plants in. They will need potting on and to be somewhere like a windowsill or conservatory over winter.

This was formerly the family tent when the children were small. Not used much because we also had a trailer tent. You would be advised to get a mallet and the right tent pegs for the conditions (as in the ground is very hard at the moment). My non-camping friends borrowed it and used it quite happily. You would need to test it before going anywhere!

Sturdy compared to some blinds. Used and as seen. (The best time to clean them is when they are down. I haven't cleaned them!). Colour a " light oak". Useable condition have been up on 2 kitchen windows and I have just taken them down. The long thin blind has one slat repaired on the back ( see photo) 3 up from the. Bottom. Doesn't affect function. I believe all the fittings are there ( not sure about all the fixings screws but those are just standard). Approx dimensions are to fit one window 86 cm (W) x 96cm (L) and the other window 52 cm x 116 cm (L). Can't see too many people having 2 windows those dimensions, so let me know which one(s) you want.

Not new. I got it from a charity shop. Has a cat shape carved into the door. I assume it is for keys, but it's a good size. 30cm high (including top shelf); 20 cm wide, 7.5cm deep. Good serviceable condition. Minor water stains on top that could be sanded/polished out (but that bit is also a shelf for putting things on, so probably wouldn't be seen).

Good condition. Definitely in working order. Hasn't been used much or recently, so time to go! Still gets warm, possibly not as hot as it used to get. (I haven't left it running for an extended period). Instruction manual here: Separate controls for different areas and functions (back, seat, vibration on/ off etc.). Controls fairly intuitive but I have searched the internet and found the instructions. Attaches to a chair ( including office type).

This needs to come out of its pot and be given plenty of space in a sunny position and well-draining soil. Likely to be the "Brown Turkey" variety. It has borne figs but it needs to be in a much better place! It's large. Currently cohabiting with an aquilegia that could be removed when the fig is planted out. The current situation is that it's in a 35 cm pot. Height from pot base about 130 cm. Spread about 135 cm.
