This mattress is brand new and it arrived slightly damaged as the plastic was torn during delivery. The damage is limited to small dirty marks and the cover is washable I believe. I haven’t unpacked the mattress it’s wrapped and compressed into a roll. IKEA are replacing it but don’t want the existing one back. The mattress is firm.
