Cream-coloured 2-seater sofa available. Needs a good clean and has a couple of areas where the fabric is wearing thin but it’s otherwise in good condition and very comfortable. It’s also lightweight and has wheels so it’s very easy to move. It’s approx 60in W x 32in D x 26in H. Includes all cushions as seen in photo - collection only from north London. Please note that I am unable to assist with moving.

I have 3 boxes of digital glazed vitrified tiles left over from doing my bathroom, each box containing three 800mm x 800mm tiles. They are soft white/grey colour with faint marble pattern. Some of the cardboard packing got a bit wet and damaged but all the tiles are fine.
