18th birthday decorations all either in used condition or left overs not used. The large 18 with balloons in might need a bit of tape to hold it together as some clips are breaking. There is a balloon tree with spares, confetti, ribbon, cards and a fabric banner that is nice if you ignore the fact that it says Th twice. Another great Shein buy🤣)
